Whether you’re brand new here or we’ve been connected for a long time, it’s a pleasure to share this space with you.

This decade has brought an exciting shift to my career. You may know that my wife, Sandra Joseph, is a best-selling author and keynote speaker. Until 2020, our separate careers were constantly sending us to opposite corners of the world. We wanted to change that, to align our purposes and spend more time together.

So, we did! Now, we travel the world together, offering keynotes, concerts, and client appreciation events as a duo! We’re on an exciting new journey, meeting new people, sharing songs, stories, and lessons learned from our lives, careers, and 20+ year relationship. 

We’ve also found a way to give back that we’re very excited about.  The PLAY THE LEAD PROJECT is a program we created for students, that empowers them to play the leading role in their own lives.  It’s a win-win because when an organization hires us for an event, they also get the opportunity to contribute to the future leaders in their community.
