The Play the Lead Project evolved because Sandra and Ron were traveling all over the country for performances and wanted to find a way to give back to the communities they visited.
Both Sandra and Ron have a passion for helping young people maximize their potential. So they partnered with leadership experts and high school educators, and the Play the Lead Project was born.
When you sponsor The Play the Lead Project, you help students learn science-based methods to:

The program culminates with Sandra and Ron’s two-hour master class, which includes a talk by Sandra, one-on-one performance coaching by Ron, and a Q&A.
Participants will also be invited to share the stage with these two Broadway stars.
